• Question: Re: Charles II - it's not a film, it's a four part (hour per part) BBC mini-series. But it is brilliant, and you should definitely watch it. Get the UK version of the DVD, if you can; they re-edited it heavily for American release. - vertiga

  Ah, I suppose I should have looked into it more before posting something about it (though admittedly I didn’t expect so many people to see this post in the first place)! Thank you for the information! I definitely plan on watching it, so it’s helpful to know there’s a difference between what versions are out there.

I was looking up period films/shows to use as costume research for an assignment, and I came across this photo from Charles II: The Power and The Passion. I now need to watch this because of reasons.

  I spent a long time looking for the right sweater as well before finally came across this one at Sears. I purchased it in the fall so I don’t know if they’d have it in stock anymore, but it may still be worth checking online or if you have one near you. Good luck! 

I’ve decided that this site has the best cupcake recipes ever. This is cupcake 11, chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache and cream filling. #22 has also proven to be awesome, but this cupcake…this cupcake…nun-o-yo-bizznez can attest…induces an instant sugar coma, and it’s glorious. We were on a sugar-high for quite a long time. It was even difficult to stand. This will definitely be made again.
